Rentals & Reservations

• Village of Gloria Glens Hall Rental rental rate is now $75.00/day.
•  A refundable deposit is an additional $75.00 The deposit will be returned after your rental as long as the key to the hall is returned, the hall is cleaned and the chairs and tables used are put away. 
• Damage to painted walls do to the prohibited use of adhesives (tape) may result in partial deposit refunds.
• Make your check(s) payable to "The Village of Gloria Glens".  
• Rental of the hall is not confirmed until your payment, deposit and completed rental form are received. You will receive a phone call or email when the reservation is confirmed. 
• The hall has a commercial kitchen. 
• There are 2 restrooms. 
• The hall has tables and chairs.  
• The hall holds 50-60 people.  
• The hall is handicapped accessible. 
• Alcohol is allowed:  
• Please mark on the rental form if you are going to serve alcohol or not. 
• Per Village Ordinance, if you serve alcohol, a Medina County Sheriff's Deputy must be hired for the event. 
• The Sheriff's Office contact information will be provided. The rate is $30.00/hour with a 4 hour minimum. You  are responsible for hiring and paying the Deputy. 
• If no one has rented the hall the day before your event, you are welcome to pick up the key the day before for set up.

            RENTAL AGREEMENT

• The Village of Gloria Glens has a large pavilion on Playland Parkway that may be reserved for use by Village residents.   
• It has ample parking, concrete walkways, multiple picnic tables, access to outdoor charcoal grills,  drinking fountain and a port-a-pot.
• There is no cost for the reservation.  
• Use the form below when requesting your reservation.  
• Note that the Pavilion is in a Village Park.  All Village Park rules and regulations apply.  As in all Park Areas, alcohol is NOT permitted in and around the Pavilion.
